Contact details, wedding date, venue, guest numbers, budget range, entertainment preferences and any notes you provide. If you create an account we also store your login identity and activity within the platform.
Why we collect it
To check artist availability, prepare quotes, issue contracts, process payments and coordinate your wedding entertainment. Placeholder copy — review with your data protection adviser before going live.
Who we share it with
Only the artists you request quotes from, and service providers who process payments, send email and host this platform. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for up to 24 months. Booking, contract and payment records are retained for the period required by Irish tax and accounting law.
Your rights
Under GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and may object to processing. Email shaneharlequinband@gmail.com and we will respond within one month.
Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies for sign-in and a session identifier to understand which artists and pages are useful. Analytics data is aggregated and not used for advertising profiling.
